• Hand wash your UA shoes by following these steps:

1. Remove excess dirt and mud with a dry brush.
2. Use a mild detergent and warm water to remove any stains with a sponge or towel.

• Tip: Donot use abrasive household cleaners such as 409 or Fantastic as they will cause synthetic leather to dry and crack. Do not submerge your shoes in water when cleaning.

• This item is shipped from our facilities in Austin, Texas.
• Orders placed before 12pm CST are shipped out the same day.
• We operate on a business day schedule, Monday - Friday.

Our makes it easy to send back your items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We will even pay for your return shipping if you opt for a store credit refund or exchange for a new item!

• Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
• Items are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method as long as the return is initiated within 45 days.
• Items are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as the return is initiated within 90 days.
• This item is covered by a 90-day warranty. See our for more information regarding damaged or defective items.
